Refund Policy

All services provided by Exe Automatica Ltd are non-refundable due to their digital, consultancy, and time-based nature. In exceptional cases, full credit may be offered at our discretion.

1. General Policy
Exe Automatica Ltd provides professional services including AI-powered insights, strategy consulting, recruitment support, and targeted lead generation. Due to the nature of these services, all engagements are non-tangible and time-based, and therefore refunds are generally not offered once work has commenced.
2. Exceptional Circumstances
We aim to provide the highest quality service. Refunds or partial credits may be considered in exceptional cases, such as:

• Services not delivered as agreed in the contract.

• Material errors or omissions that are not corrected within a reasonable timeframe.

Requests must be submitted in writing within 14 days of the issue being identified. Each case will be reviewed on an individual basis.
3. Termination of Services
If a client chooses to terminate services before completion:

• Fees for work already completed are non-refundable.

• Any unused portion of pre-paid fees may be handled as agreed in writing between Exe Automatica Ltd and the client.
